About Tinker69
I am a mom, wife, daughter, sister and friend who loves all things Bon Jovi. Three years ago I was diagnosed with a somewhat terminal illness. Kind of like Lukemia, only backwards. There is no treatment, cure, or remmission. Its just learning to manage it. I have spent many days in the hospital and at home in bed. One thing that has helped me greatly is listening to music, reading, and watching movies. My family teases me that I need a shrink because I spend so much time with Bon Jovi. The good thing is, My best friend and I were married in 1987, and we both have a great love of the bands music. He watches all the movies with me. My seven year old knows every song, word for word. I sing "Thank You for Loving Me", to my family every night, then they sing it back. I have a 20 year old daughter, and almost 18 year old son, and a seven year old. I lost my Dad two and half years ago, and my mom recently moved in with us do to ailing health. I have a deep connection with the song "Seat Next to You". The music is truly MAGIC and can help pass alot of alone time. I missed the concert this year, due to obvious reasons, but I will not miss another one, if they ever tour again, I'll be ready.
