watched the grammys, even though the guys sounded and looked GREAT I was very disappointed with the grammy people that they only let them sing a few lines of each song, when we voted we weren't told it wouldn't be a whole song they song. I watched the whole boring 3 1/2 hours just for a couple of minutes of the band. What I also think sucked was that they only gave them a few minutes when the allowed almost 10 minutes for the horrific rap performance at the end that had so much bad language they got censored 13 times (yes I counted). Come on grammy people give credit where credit is due.

Having once lived on the Jersey Shore for 20yrs, I have followed many of the musicians who started their careers there, back at the Stone Pony, Tradewinds, to name a couple. What I don't get is that the great guitarist, Bobbi Bandiera, has been playing with JBJ for years now, including European and US tours. Why is it that he gets only the minimal amount of camera time, if any at all. It smacks of disrespect on the part of the band members. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the entire band. You need to learn how to show more respect for Mr. Bandiera and share the camera!

Bravo on your performance! It was awesome...and I just wanted to mention that you guys sing great when your live! Many other artists sound dreadfully horrible...but not Bon Jovi~~way to go!!

I agree with HavnANiceDay. Thought it sucked they only got to play for that small amount. Not surprising the music industry has NEVER given Bon Jovi the recognition they DESERVE! As usual they got screwed on the performance and not winning. Guess you have to put on a crazy show (singing up side down, stormtroopers, wierd robots) The Grammys sucked other then BON JOVI. You guys rock, can't wait to see ya in Denver on my birthday! Keep on Rockin!

I thought the Grammy Award performance stunk, but it wasn't the bands fault. The Grammy organizers who were too busy obsessing about never-ending tributes to Michael Jackson give one of the top selling bands in the world THREE MINUTES to play the opening line and first chorus of THREE songs and then rush them off for a commercial?! Lame performance. I don't remember voting for you to play 2 minutes of Livin on a Prayer. I had this really novel idea that I would like to hear whole songs... I've been a long-standing fan and I'm sick of these half-hearted performances. PLAY WHOLE SONGS. I also didn't vote to have Jennifer Nettles take some of the vocal burden of the song. Outrageous ticket prices and half performances? Since when did Bon Jovi become the ripoff band?

Guys were awesome, but the songs would have been better if Jennifer Nettles did'nt sing. Did she really have to sing with Living on a Prayer? Sorry, just can't stand her voice!! This was the guys songs and performance after all, not hers!!!
