Thanks Backstage-The staff did an excellent job with tickets and VIP packages. I'll never forget the royal treatment. This was my first VIP concert. I know Jon was hurting because of his leg, but he could of played Let It Rock, It's Hard, and other good oldies that he hardly plays at concerts. Instead of playing "Pretty Woman"; he could of played Summertime, Bed of Roses, Never Say Goodbye. Why did he play so many great songs in London and not in Cleveland ? I'm still thankful that he did come to Cleveland.
I loved the show..."Treat her right" with Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes is something I'll never forget...one of my many favorite parts from that evening! Are there other songs that I would have liked to hear? SURE...but I heard some of them in Feb when I saw the boys in Arizona...can't wait until the next show! Keep rotating those random songs...love it! And Jon - bless you for giving it your all as always...even with the torn muscle...but please be careful...we wanna see you back at 100% and out of pain! I agree and after 500 plus shows i've seen since day 1 i refuse to spend my hard earned cash to hear the same old songs yr. after yr. after yr.Esp. after i just spent $500 for a front row seat only beacause i thought i was going to hear some old stuff.Jon said he would play stuff from 7800, so until he does i'm done. I would like to hear some of Richie's solo stuff insteard of STUPID SHOUT.Whatever happened to DRIFT AWAY, BOYS R BACK IN TOWN.
Why did they play the last two shows the same set list. One song off. They better play some goodies at the calgary show tommorow night. Im hoping for a full 2.5 hour, bon jovi show. Nothing else. Anyone else excited for the calgary show?
