Jon, you have my deepest respect for finishing the show with an injury like that! It wasn't like there was only one song left on the setlist to play.. And still giving the crowd such an encore.. Wow! Seriously, my respect man!
@ the poster of the setlist: Is it possible to post a picture of the entirer setlist ;-)? I always wonder what audibles there were and which changes Jon made or didn't make to the setlist.

It has been painful for me to see him suffer. All I can do now is pray for his speedy and complete recovery. You're always in my prayers.
