Do I need a pre-sale code to purchase pre-sale tickets?
November 11, 2010 0 CommentsNo, you do not need a pre-sale code to purchase fan club pre-sale tickets. As long as you have a paid subscription (Online Only, Standard & Signature Memberships), you have access to all the pre-sale events.
To purchase pre-sale tickets, simply complete the following steps:
- Visit bonjovi.com and login using your Clique ID (e-mail address) and password
- Click on LIVE 2011 TOUR tab to view the upcoming tour dates
- Locate the show you would like to attend and click on "BUY PRE-SALE TICKETS"
- You will then be directed to the Backstage JBJ Pre-sale Ticketing Site
- If you have already pre-registered, enter your Clique ID and password (same login information you use for bonjovi.com) and click "Login." If not, click "Register" to register.
- Click on the show you would like to attend and purchase your tickets

What are the ticket limits for Fan Club Pre-Sale Tickets?

2. WHERE DO I GO TO PARK & CHECK IN?
A few days before your show you will receive an email from bonjovivip@sparkart.com detailing exactly where the VIP Parking lot is located (if applicable*) and where the Backstage JBJ VIP Check In location is. If you haven't received this email by a few days before the show, please check your spam folder before contacting VIP customer service. Once you park, you need to proceed directly to the Backstage JBJ VIP Check In location. Weather permitting, we will be set up in the VIP tent marked Backstage JBJ. In those markets where we are not able to set up our tent, please look for the Backstage JBJ VIP table. Numbered List The Backstage JBJ Tent will look like this:

*Please note, there is only VIP parking where available. If there is VIP parking, any information pertaining to this will be included in the e-mail which contains all of your check-in information.
3. WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW?
You will park your car^ and make your way to the Backstage JBJ VIP Check In location. At this time, we will verify your identity and distribute your Backstage JBJ VIP merchandise, tickets, and any additional materials needed. From here, ‘Crush-Front Row’ and ‘Bounce’ package buyers will begin their backstage tour. Immediately after they will enjoy the Backstage JBJ VIP Dinner with their fellow Backstage JBJ VIPs. Circleside package buyers will be able to proceed directly to their seats after check in. If you have problems finding the check in location on the day of the show and neither the VIP Check In nor the venue box office can help you, please email backstage@bonjovi.com . If you do not receive an answer and it is an emergency, please call the Backstage JBJ VIP Day Of Show Hotline at the number listed in your Pre-Show Email. Please note, this number is only to be used with regards to Backstage JBJ Fan Club Crush-Front Row, Bounce, Crossroads and P1 tickets for that day only. Questions regarding tickets for other dates must be directed to bonjovivip@sparkart.com.

The individual whose name is associated with the fan club account when you purchased your tickets is the only individual who may pick-up the Backstage JBJ VIP package; there are no name transfers or substitutions. You will need to provide a government-issued photo ID (Valid driver’s license, Identification card, or Passport) matching the name of the fan club account in order to pick them up.
5. WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T FIND THE CHECK IN LOCATION?
Please proceed to the venue box office and ask the attendant to direct you to the Backstage JBJ VIP Check In. If you still cannot find the Check In location, please call the Backstage JBJ VIP Day Of Show Hotline at the number listed in your Pre-Show Email.
6. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
You will receive an email from bonjovivip@sparkart.com indicating what time the check in opens (check your spam folder if you cannot find this email). Your check-in time for your event is included in the check-in details you receive a few days to a week prior to the date of the show. It is listed after CHECK-IN TIME. Right below it, it states the time that the VIP tent/table closes as well. Please note, the check-in time varies in each city.
7. WHEN DOES THE BACKSTAGE TOUR BEGIN?
The Backstage JBJ VIP Tour starts at a different time in each city and is always subject to change, so please wait for your email before making arrival plans. If you have purchased a package that includes the Backstage Tour, please arrive up to 45 minutes before Check-In begins. GENERALLY, you must arrive BY 5:45pm. The cut off time will GENERALLY be 6:00pm to enter the backstage area with the group. If you are late you will miss the tour. The Backstage Tour group must enter and go through the tour together. Being late unfortunately will not be justification for even partial refunds. Please note, you will sign a special admittance waiver before embarking on the Backstage Tour.
8. WHEN IS THE BACKSTAGE TOUR OVER?
The Backstage JBJ VIP tour ends at a different time in each city. GENERALLY, the Backstage JBJ VIP pre show events end at 7:00 PM or roughly 30 minutes before the opening acts takes the stage. This may vary since there are several elements that the tour must work around, including sound check and safety concerns. The Backstage JBJ VIP Team will do their best to have you to your seats by the start of the opening act’s set.
9. WHAT IF I AM LATE TO CHECK IN?
Please do not arrive late as the Backstage JBJ VIP Tour will not be able to wait for you. The show must go on! If you must arrive late, we will not be able to allow you to join the Backstage JBJ VIP Tour. No exceptions will be made.
10. WHAT TIME DOES CHECK IN END? WHAT IF I AM LATE?
Check in will GENERALLY end by 7:00. If you do not arrive by this time you need to call the support phone number provided and make the staff aware that you are running late. Tickets will then be left at the box office. The same rules apply at the box office to pick up your tickets as they would at the VIP Check-In. Understand that most venue box offices close at the beginning of the show.
11. CAN I LEAVE MY TICKETS AT WILL CALL UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME?
No, will-call drop off/name changes are not permitted under any circumstances.
12. DO I GET TO GO BACKSTAGE?
‘Crush-Front Row’ and 'Bounce' package buyers will have access to a chaperoned backstage tour as part of their Backstage JBJ VIP package.
13. WILL I MEET THE BAND?
There are no meet and greets.
14. WHEN CAN I GET MY TICKETS?
Tickets will only be distributed day-of-show at the designated Backstage JBJ VIP Check In area with no exceptions. Do try to pick up your tickets before the day of show as this is not permitted.
15. WHAT ARE MY MERCH ITEMS AND WHEN CAN I GET THEM?
Backstage JBJ VIP Packages will arrive at the shipping address you provided between roughly 3-10 days before your show. Additional items, including your admission tickets to the show, will be picked up at the venue on the night of the show.

16. IS MY BACKSTAGE JBJ VIP LAMINATE MY CREDENTIAL TO GO BACKSTAGE OR TO THE VIP EVENTS?
No, the laminate is a keepsake and does not serve as a credential to get you backstage or into the events.
17. WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL AND FOOD AT THE BACKSTAGE EVENTS?
‘Crush-Front Row’ and ‘Bounce’ package buyers have access to the Backstage Dinner where food will be provided. There will be no alcohol available at the Backstage events.
18. CAN I UPGRADE MY PACKAGE?
Unfortunately, upgrades are not permitted.
19. WHERE ARE MY SEATS LOCATED?
Exact seat locations will not be available until you check in day of show.
20. I BOUGHT THE PACKAGE AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND I WILL NOT BE ATTENDING. HOW CAN THEY PICK UP THE TICKETS AND GET TO THE BACKSTAGE EVENTS?
As indicated in our VIP Terms and Conditions, all VIP package purchases are non-transferable. The original account holder (original purchaser) must be the same individual who claims the tickets. Government issued photo identification matching the name provided when you purchased your tickets must be presented in order to claim your package.
21. HOW DOES PARKING WORK?
Your name will either be on a parking list or you will receive a voucher for parking (VIP parking is subject to availability) inside your Backstage JBJ VIP package which you will receive between roughly 7-10 days before your show. Instructions will be emailed out to you regarding where to park roughly 7-10 days before the show from bonjovivip@sparkart.com (Check your spam folder if you do not see this email).
22. WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND INFORMATION THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SENT TO ME IN AN EMAIL?

24. CAN MY CHILD ATTEND IF HE/SHE IS UNDER 21?
Yes.
25. ARE CAMERAS PERMITTED?
Typically they are not permitted. It is up to local venues to decide to allow them. Normal rule of thumb is as long as they are amateur cameras (non-SLR cameras, cameras without detachable lenses), they will be allowed. Inner Circle ‘Front Row’ package buyers should be sure to charge the battery packs on the Flip Video cameras they receive as part of their packages prior to VIP check-in.
26. AM I ABLE TO USE THE GIFT CERTIFICATE AT THE SHOW?
No. All gift certificates are redeemable at the Bon Jovi Official Online Store located at http://www.bonjovionline.com/ only.
27. I LOST SOMETHING BACKSTAGE OR AT THE VIP EVENTS, WHERE CAN I PICK IT UP?
The Backstage JBJ VIP team is not responsible for any items lost or left at the venue. You may contact the venue but there is no guarantee you will be able to reclaim your item.

No, fan club members who purchased their tickets through Backstage JBJ will have different check-in times/locations than those who did not purchase their tickets through the fan club.
