(Feb. 2, 2010 – New York, NY) The show-stopping video for “Superman Tonight,” the explosive new single by Island Records group Bon Jovi, will premiere at #1 music network VEVO on Wednesday, February 3rd, prior to the clip’s broadcast premiere on VH1 Saturday, February 6th.

The news coincides with Bon Jovi’s debut performance at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night, broadcast on CBS-TV. The performance climaxed a two-week contest that invited fans to log-in at CBS.com and choose from a menu of six classic Bon Jovi songs for the band to perform – “Living on a Prayer” was chosen as the winner. At the Grammys, Bon Jovi was nominated for Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals for “We Weren’t Born To Follow.”

“Superman Tonight” is the latest single from THE CIRCLE, Bon Jovi’s 11th studio album (released November 10th). In addition to its #1 Soundscan debut in the U.S., THE CIRCLE was top 10 in more than a dozen territories worldwide.

As Bon Jovi’s 25th year celebration on record continues into 2010, the global success of THE CIRCLE and the release of “Superman Tonight” sets the stage for the band’s upcoming “The Circle World Tour.” A 32-city North American itinerary opens the world tour, beginning February 19th at KeyArena in Seattle, wrapping up four months later on July 30th, at Soldier Field in Chicago. Bon Jovi is excited to announce the winners of the "Opening Act Contest" for their upcoming shows in Honolulu, Hawaii. Kings of Spade (http://www.myspace.com/kingsofspade) will be the opening act on February 11th, and Mike Corrado Band (http://www.mikecorrado.com/) will be the opening act on February 12th. These groups prevailed from 20 semi-finalists who were invited to submit of video to a “blue ribbon panel” of local celebrity judges, and then from the top five finalists who had a clip of their video featured on KHON-TV’s “Wake Up 2Day” morning show. Bon Jovi are happy to support local music, and look forward sharing the stage with Kings of Spade and Mike Corrado Band.

It’s official! The O2 arena is declaring June Bon Jovi Month with the band expanding their shows throughout June 2010.

Bon Jovi today announce that they have added 2 more dates to their London O2 residency due to extra high demand for tickets!

Set to be the music event of the summer, the world’s biggest live band are moving to London and staying even longer. The world’s most popular venue will be Bon Jovi’s house for 12 nights.

Joining them for the two extra dates on June 25 and 26, will be Kid Rock. These dates mark the return of Kid Rock to the UK following his number 1 summer smash single All Summer Long, . GLOBAL STARS HELPING HAITI

“EVERYBODY HURTS” UK RELEASE - FEBRUARY 7th (digital) & 8th (physical)

Some of the biggest names in UK and American music have joined forces to record an emotive cover of the REM classic “Everybody Hurts”, to raise money for charities supporting the relief efforts in Haiti. The final line up of featured artists is: Mariah Carey, Jon Bon Jovi, Robbie Williams, Kylie, Rod Stewart, Leona Lewis, Alexandra Burke, Miley Cyrus, Take That, Joe McElderry, Cheryl Cole, JLS, Mika, Michael Bublé, James Blunt, James Morrison, Susan Boyle, and Westlife.

The single will split all proceeds 50/50 between DEC (Disasters Emergency Committee) and The Sun newspaper’s “Helping Haiti’ appeal. Prime Minister Gordon Brown has pledged to waive VAT on the single. The Haitian earthquake, which occurred on 12th January 2010 measuring a catastrophic 7.0 on the richter scale, is already estimated to have caused the deaths of over 250,000 people. 250,000 are in need of urgent aid and more than 2 million people are estimated homeless and in need of long term support to help rebuild their lives. Robbie Williams said:** "I'm very honoured to be asked to contribute to the single. We can all do something to help the people of Haiti - and I urge everyone to do what they can."

Cheryl Cole said “It’s heartbreaking to see what is happening in Haiti. Hopefully the money from Everybody Hurts will help the people of Haiti rebuild their lives.”

JLS star Ortise Williams, who lost relatives in the quake said: “The tragedy is very close to my heart."We hope to raise as much money as possible. It’s great to be working with such talented artists, all pulling together to make a difference through song.”

Alexandra Burke said: "It’s truly devastating what has happened in Haiti and if I can help in anyway then I will. This song will bring awareness to the suffering of the innocent people of Haiti and help them rebuild their lives and homes. When these natural disasters occur, we have to work together to make a difference. Please support us"

Rod Stewart said: I can’t think of a more fitting song than ‘Everybody Hurts’ to convey the unimaginable tragedy that is Haiti. I hope the record sales raise a lot of money because the country certainly needs it.

James Morrison said: “I’m so proud and honoured to be part of something so huge, which can hopefully go some way towards helping the poor people who are suffering in Haiti.

Joe Mcelderry said: "It’s an honour to be apart of the Haiti charity single. It’s truly devastating what has happened over there and I want to do anything I can to help and raise money. It’s great to be apart of such an amazing line up who have all taken time out of their schedule to help with this tragic cause"

Susan Boyle said: "The Haiti earthquake has caused devastation and suffering that most of us will never experience nor could imagine. I feel privileged to be a part of such a wonderful project that will raise money to help the country."

Disasters Emergency Committee, Chief Executive Brendan Gormley said: “We are absolutely delighted to help those recording, producing and buying this charity single make a difference in Haiti. More and more water, food, household items and medical supplies are getting through to the earthquake survivors. Buying the charity single will greatly aid our work and help us work with survivors in Haiti to rebuild new lives from the ruins.”

Simon Cowell who is organizing the recording and release of the record for Haiti said: “We have a short time to do this but already we are getting some fantastic support. Right now this is an absolute priority for us all, the people of Haiti need as much help as we can give them as soon as possible, every day the situation becomes more desperate”

The news coincides with Bon Jovi’s debut performance at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night, broadcast on CBS-TV. Bon Jovi Tackle America's Problems on New Album

Bruce Springsteen isn't the only New Jersey rocker with a social conscience. Jon Bon Jovi, who like Springsteen raised money for President Barack Obama and has said in interviews he is friends with the Commander in Chief, tells Spinner the band's new album, 'The Circle,' was shaped by politics.

"Lyrically, I think it touches on who and what we are as a country right now," Bon Jovi says. "So when you listen closely to the lyrics of 'We Were Born to Follow' or 'When We Were Beautiful' or 'Work for the Working Man,' you think about those people from DHL who lost their jobs in Ohio. You go, 'I remember that, I know when that happened. That was November of '08.' So it marks moments of time for us."

Creating music to accompany rites of passage is nothing new for the Jersey boys. They've been told tales for more than two decades of how their music has been the soundtrack for other people's lives. "'Slippery When Wet' marked those milestones for a lot of kids and we've heard those stories now for 23 years," Bon Jovi says. "I'll meet people now that are working in government or running corporations or big grown adults and they go, 'Oh, man, 'Slippery' was my record. That was my teenage years, my make-out record.'"

What are some of the most memorable moments they've heard from people? "The guys in the Iraq war would come back and come see our shows and say they would do raids to 'Wanted Dead or Alive,'" he says. "Or people getting married to 'Never Say Goodbye.'"

"You have to write songs that are not only relevant to yourself, but also resonate throughout the world and throughout other people," guitarist Richie Sambora adds. "Luckily we've learned how to do that and it comes natural to us."

But if there's one song that really stands out for that, the track that has become Bon Jovi's anthem, well, it should come as no surprise. "Obviously 'Livin' on a Prayer' everybody related to," Bon Jovi says. "Tommy and Gina were characters that we created that became everyone -- everyone all over the world related to who those people were as well as we did."
