We are excited to be able to offer you Backstage JBJ Fan Club Pre-Sale and VIP Package sale for a second night at the Key Arena in Seattle, WA!

Beginning Wednesday, December 2nd, at 6PM Local Venue Time, members of Backstage JBJ will have access to purchase Fan Club Pre-Sale Tickets and VIP Packages for the following show:

February 20th, 2010 - Key Arena - Seattle, WA

HOW TO GET YOUR FAN CLUB-EXCLUSIVE TICKETS

To purchase Fan Club Pre-Sale Tickets, VIP Packages, or Reserved Fan Club Tickets for these events:

1) Join or log into Backstage JBJ 2) Go to the Pre-Sales tab or the VIP Packages tab at the Tour page 3) Click the "Buy Pre-Sale Tickets" link or the "Buy VIP Packages link" for the event of your choice at the time the Fan Club Pre-Sale or Reserved Ticket sale begins. You may pre-register for all tickets except In The Circle VIP packages at the Fan Club Ticketing Site.

Backstage JBJ Fan Club Pre-Sale Ticketing Terms

Tickets are non-transferable. There is a maximum limit of two (2) or four (4) tickets per Backstage member, depending on price level. Tickets either being shipped or held at Backstage JBJ Fan Club will call, depending on seat location. Purchase your tickets as soon as possible because quantities are limited. Pre-sale will end when allotment is exhausted or at the pre-sale End Time determined by management (End Time subject to change). Tickets will go on sale to the general public for these shows on December 5th.

Sparkart Group, Inc., ConcertMaps, LLC, Bon Jovi, Jon Bon Jovi Fan Club, Inc., Backstage with Jon Bon Jovi, and their respective affiliates (collectively, "Sponsors") make no guarantees that tickets will be available to every or any user or member of a fan club or other site or service. Any available tickets will be made available to fan club members on a first-come, first-serve basis for select performances only, and Sponsors do not represent or warrant that tickets will be available for every concert or event date, or for every user or member. Ticket pre-sale and on-sale dates and times are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Sponsors make no guarantees with respect to the availability of tickets nor do the Sponsors make any warranties or representations with respect to any tickets received. All events are subject to cancellation or postponement without notice. Only in the case of show cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Any and all premiums, convenience fees, shipping, handling, and other fees will not be refunded under any circumstance. Please consult with the applicable venue for seating information prior to purchase and for any changes to the show schedule.

VIP PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Purchasing a pair of two (2) non-front row VIP packages or one (1) front row VIP package guarantees you two (2) adjacent seats in the row purchased. Merchandise items as displayed on The Backstage JBJ VIP page (www.bonjovi.com/vip) that are included in the Backstage VIP packages will be sent approximately 2 to 3 weeks before the applicable event date or will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show. All Backstage JBJ VIP programs and merchandise may vary and are subject to modification or substitution at any time without notice. VIP packages are non-refundable. If you are in a wheelchair or need handicap access, you agree to directly contact us within a week after making your purchase so that we may make the proper arrangements. Please note all packages are non-transferable and no will call name changes will be permitted. Parking may not be available at any particular venue. Commemorative VIP laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The VIP laminate does not gain or authorize access into the venue or any VIP or backstage area.
