Purchasing a VIP package guarantees you two (2) adjacent seats in the row purchased for each show. Merchandise items as displayed on The Backstage VIP page (www.bonjovi.com/vip-ja) that are included in the Backstage VIP packages will be sent approximately 2-3 weeks before the applicable event date or will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show. Tickets are issued at the venue’s will-call window (or other designated location at the venue) prior to the show. Once the tickets are issued to you, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. Seat locations are subject to change, and all Backstage JBJ VIP tickets, programs and merchandise may vary and are subject to modification or substitution at any time without notice. If any special access is granted (for example, backstage tours and receptions), then you must maintain a civilized decorum, behave with courtesy and respect, and closely follow all instructions; and we reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse admittance to anyone or remove anyone at any time from any special access area. VIP packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Will-call name changes are not permitted. If you are in a wheelchair or need handicap access, you agree to contact us promptly after making your purchase so that we may assist you in making the proper arrangements. VIP laminates and commemorative tickets (if provided) are for commemorative purposes only and do not authorize access into the venue or any special access, VIP or backstage areas.
