Submission Guidelines

By checking this box and submitting my video/photo/audio content (“Submission”), I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily providing my Submission to Bon Jovi and its affiliated entities, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Bon Jovi”).

I hereby grant Bon Jovi a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, publicly perform, exploit, and otherwise utilize my Submission, in whole or in part, in any manner or media now known or later developed, including without limitation in connection with live tour visuals, concerts, advertising, marketing, social media, documentaries, broadcasts, promotional materials, merchandise, and other commercial purposes.

I understand that my Submission may be edited, altered, combined with other materials, or used without attribution or compensation. I waive any rights of approval, inspection, or moral rights in connection with the use of my Submission to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I represent and warrant that:

• (i) I am at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian);
• (ii) I own or control all rights necessary to grant the rights described above;
• (iii) my Submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party; and
• (iv) any individuals appearing in the Submission have consented to such use.

I acknowledge that Bon Jovi is under no obligation to use my Submission and that I will not receive any compensation or credit unless separately agreed in writing.

I will indemnify Bon Jovi for any claims resulting from my breach of any of the foregoing.
