Shipping FAQ
At The JBJ Experience, we care deeply about the health of our clients and our teams. In response to the escalating threat of COVID-19, we have taken some additional precautions which will result occasionally extending shipping timeline estimates past the estimated time noted on the shipping page of up to 5 business days. As events are evolving rapidly and affecting each piece of the delivery process, we will continue to update this space with more definitive information as it becomes available.
• International shipments may experience slight delays due to the current situation in the world.
• All Membership boxes will be sent out no later than December 10th, with the intentions of arriving prior to Christmas.
• Domestic transit time as of 10/30/2020 is 2-7 days, while international transit times are 7-14 days. Please note as we get closer to the holiday season and pending a second wave of Covid-19 cases we can see these times impacted.
• All shipments domestic and international will be accompanied with tracking information sent from bonjovi.com after purchase(s).
